Used in a 55 gallon drum to shut off water from my RO unit (out in the garage storage room). Initially, I had a slight leak (a drip). I kept tightening the valve adapter, carefully (because it's plastic), every so often, but was unable to get the drip to stop. So, I took the adapter portion off, and saw that the compression nut did not seat properly when I originally installed it, and had caught, and was being .. mistreated. Thankfully, it was not beyond saving. I was able to reinstall it properly, and put it all back together. Now everything works perfectly, and there's not a drip in sight.
Seems to work well haven't tested with pressure.

Works well and seems sturdy, shut off completely and let's out a decent amount of water.

Refilling the humidifier

Bought this to automatically fill my new humidifier. Works great. Drilled a 5/8" hole just above the water fill line and connected to a 1/4" line. I like the adjustable float to set the level. No more refilling every day. Will have to see how it holds up over time but it has kept it full for a couple of days now with no issues.
