I'm embarrassed to say that I'd never cooked a turkey before purchasing this product. I liked the idea of juicier breast meat without frequent basting, so I bought this, almost as a curiosity. My turkey turned out to be delicious, tender and juicy. As the manufacturer claims, the cooking time was reduced so that's something to be alert to. I'm guessing I shaved at least a half hour off the usual cooking time.

This is an amazing addition to the kitchen!!! Turkey cooked perfectly in record time. I would think there is a limit on how large a turkey to be cooked. I was using with 12.5 birds and they fit perfectly and were so easy to handle in and out of pan ....the top handle is excellent design! Sliding bird off on to platter and flipping right side up is also easy! To verify claim of juicy breast....very little drippings in bottom of pan after cooking...they all were absorbed into the bird! Also super easy clean up if you put into hot sudsy water immediately....would suggest not letting residue dry on to unit...but I also just like everything cleaned up quickly!

Great roasting tool. Bought it for my Green Mountain Grills "Davy Crockett" pellet smoker but it was too big . Use it in regular oven and it is great!! Need to give EXACT measurements of items like this. I find this to be a problem with a lot of other items..Returns must cost Amazon or the seller a lot of money. I myself make lemonade out of lemons!!! 5 stars with EXACT information given !!
