Not a 3 way valve.

Not a 3 way valve like the top handle version. It is a two way valve; it takes input from the bottom, and goes out either side. There is no off position like a true 3 way valve. 3 way = left,right, and off. 2 way = left, and right.

This thing is huge, but it works. Unfortunately there are not any options for mounting brackets for this particular device. I ended up making my own with little "L" brackets. Just had to drill the hole bigger. I'm using it for filling/draining my reef tank using the same tube.
