This product works wonders for pesky diaper rashes! Our newborn developed a bad diaper rash with bright red blister spots due to constant bowel movements. I tried numerous other creams and while they helped a bit nothing completely healed the rash until we got this cream. Fully healed after 5 days when he's had it for over 8 weeks. Be sure skin is fully dried before applying. Worth the price!
