Glad I Tried It
Oliver•August 27, 2017
After spending about 3 hours using a basin wrench to loosen and remove the washers & nuts on a bathroom sink that needs to be replaced...I gave up. Went online to do some research and found this bad boy. It has great reviews overall so figured I'd try it before calling a plumber. Well, it worked like a charm. The beauty is that it accommodates (wraps around) washers/nuts for standard plumbing fittings and the ratchet wrench(not included) that you need to use with it provides the leverage needed to undo stuck washers & nuts.
It worked better

Bought this to make it easier to swap out my kitchen sink faucet. It worked better than the plastic handheld one I bought first because I was able to use my ratchet for extra leverage. Of course whoever installed the original faucet must have really cranked it tight.
Worth every penny

Needed to replace my mounting nuts on a bathroom faucet. With this tool I was able to easily disconnect the water lines and finished the job in < 2 minutes.
The tool itself is fine but it did not work for my particular repair

The tool itself is fine but it did not work for my particular repair. I did keep it since I have other faucets that it will work on.
Very useful

Really could not have done it without this. Was useful with both the standard 1/2" metal hose connector and the plastic sleeve connecting the faucet.
