They are very easy to swallow which is super important to me. Anything larger than a Tylenol capsule I have trouble with. It's been about a month since I started taking these. I have noticed a bit of difference, but nothing drastic at this point. I will be ordering again to see if a second month makes the difference considerably noticeable.

Within the first few weeks of using Joint Care I noticed a tremendous difference in my ability to stand from a sitting position and have much less pain in my knees!

Miracle medication! Worked very quickly, about 3 days and continues to work. My hands were hurting all the time, especially when getting up in the morning. Now that seem normal... Because of my experience, my husband, my 86 year old care patient, and other are not taking it with good results.
