I'm using this to relieve the pressure in my discharge pipe from my sump pump. Working great so far. Allows all the water to drain from the pipe by allowing air to enter the top of the pipe while the water travels down a buried pipe 20 ft without the GLUB, GLUB, GLUB noise of bubbles running up the pipe
