Very very good... but...

This dough press is ESSENTIAL in running my pizza operation. It presses our freshly made dough; quickly, efficiently, and consistently EVERYDAY! From my years of pizza experience this is the best way to deal with dough. Very reliable. My ONLY complaint is the "wheel" on top... very hard to know "where" the thickness "is." User has to PAINT a markers onto dial and unit to train employees on crust thickness...
