Does the job

I love that these bibs are waterproof and make wiping food off a breeze. That being said, the pocket on this bib does not stay open or catch a drop of food. We have a small waterproof mat under a highchair to catch all of our food crumbs which we them sweep up. Children are messy and life is short, this bib does the job. I mainly like these bibs for there prints. There are more effective bibs out there.
Our Favorite Bib!

This is by far the best bib that we own. It's extra wide and long so it protects more area than the other bibs we have. There is also plenty of space for baby's neck. It is very easy to rinse off in the sink or in the washing machine. I like the compartment on the front that catches food. Our kid spits up frequently and it catches that too, making it much easier to cleanup. I also purchased the version of this bib that has built in arms, similar to an art smock but really haven't gotten much use out of it due to the difficulty of getting it on and off.
Machine washable = Yes

These bibs are like your standard waterproof feeding bibs that you can find anywhere, except they're machine washable! Yay! I was surprised to discover that many of the waterproof bibs you find in stores are not, and the waterproof coating comes off or bubbles when you wash them. I've washed our Bumkins bibs a few times, so far so good. I trust the company knows what they're doing since they also make cloth diaper covers.

I'm using them on my 15 month old twins who are practicing self feeding. These don't offer as much protection as the next size up (the one with sleeves), but they're easy to put on, easy for the babies to ignore, and they cover up enough of their clothes to work for us. We usually wipe clean and air dry, only washing when they get caked on messy.
Best all-around baby feeding bib!

This is the only feeding bib I use with my 10-month old. I've been using it since we started solids at 5.5 months. Things I like about it:

- Good quality: the Velcro still works great and the bibs look good after 5 months of once-daily use.
- Portable: it folds small and are easy to stick in a diaper bag for trips to restaurant, play dates, etc.
- The pocket: I was skeptical at first, but the pocket does work reasonably well and catches a lot of the stuff that doesn't make it into baby's mouth! And it does it without the bulk of the stiffer plastic bibs like BabyBjorn (see point above).
- Easy to clean: After each meal, I just rinse it under the faucet, and hang it to dry. Boom. As another reviewer said, I can see this being hard to wipe (because it's soft and flexible), but rinsing works for me.
- Good coverage: This size worked well for my 5-10 month old, who is on the smaller side. If you're worried about the neck opening being too large, I think Bumkins makes this bib in a smaller size.
The best wipeable bib on the market!

Throw away all your tiny cotton bibs! Every bib should be this material! Even after the messiest meals I just run it under the sink and it's clean!

I also love the pocket. You'd be amazed at how much food it catches and our daughter can easily reach in and grab the food instead of trying to dig it out from under her tush in the highchair.

There are other wipeable bibs out there but they are heavy plastic and super stiff. I would pick this one over any other brand of wipeable bibs.
