I compared this rack to the competition and selected it due to excellent reviews, features and very good price. It arrived in good shape and assembly was a breeze. All features appeared to function so we loaded up our two Townie eBikes and drove from San Francisco to Palm Springs. Rack is rock solid and sized perfectly for the eBikes. The hitch rattle stopper is excellent and the hitch pin and cable locks are good quality and use the same key (4 included). Swing down frame lock bar makes loading/unloading as easy as it can be with two 60 lb bikes. Swing down tray while loaded feature works well and allows my Jeep Grand Cherokee rear hatch to open and close cleanly - and allows room to get between the rack and the car to access things in rear of vehicle. The tray folds up when not loaded and is compact and secure. The included cable lock was long enough to secure both bikes to the rack. A second cable lock secured seats to the frames - not good enough for overnight security but fine for travel. This is my first Hollywood rack but my fourth tray bike rack - I am very impressed with it.
The Hollywood Electric Bike Rack is worth every penny.

I purchased the Hollywood bike sportrider rack for our electric mountain bikes. The rack came quickly and is really easy to assemble. We installed it on our SUV and transported our bike during the summer from Philadelphia to Orlando FL and then to Texas without and problems. I would recommend this rack if your planning on transporting your electric bike long distances or even every day travel.

First of all, Hollywood must have revised their instructions because I was able to put this together pretty easily and I am a mechanically-challenged 58 year-young woman. I only had one Electric Bike on the rack for my first trip, but it was so secure I can't imagine two bikes would compromise it in any way. The rack will stay on the back of my RV and it folds up so well I can still park in the same tight space I always have. It was pretty easy for me to get the bike on and off the rack without any help. I would not hesitate to carry two bikes on a long trip with this very sturdy rack. The E-Bike dealers wanted to sell me a different rack for $700, so for me, this rack was a good price. No more worries about my bikes swaying as I'm driving down the road with this bike rack!

Love this rack. Works like a charm. I also want to say that support from Hollywood Racks is fantastic. I had received a bent threaded rod that secures the rack to the hitch receiver, which of course was no fault of Hollywood Racks. I could have sent it back to Amazon and got another, but instead I made a call to Hollywood Racks, and they took care of the issue by sending me a new threaded rod mechanism, on them. I can't say enough good about the customer service, and I will look to buy any future racks, etc. thru them.
