I ordered this thinking I'd get what was pictured. Turns out they sent me just one of the parts for their listed price, and all other pieces would need to be bought separately which would make the total cost for my sissy bat extortionate. I wasted money and time having to return the item and have my fingers crossed that my money will get refunded once the receive the item in the mail, which can take up to 45 days for them to reimburse a line of credit! Do not buy from these people! It's a scam!

You have to read the fine print as you only receive the back rest upright support. The picture needs to be changed to reflect same instead of all the items shown . Customer service took over an hour to understand the issue which I brought to there attn (sending another out would not help which is what they wanted to do) as there was a language problem as well as an understanding of what the product was. Thought patient,(customer service rep), this is an issue I have run into time and time again. Sooooo, after 2 phone calls and being told that a complete set would be sent out (which was not going to happen). I will only receive a refund. Better than nothing I guess!!!!!Others have complained and this company and the page / pics remain the same.

The back rest is well built and has a great crome finish. Looks great on my bike and my girl loves the security and feel.
