Works well. Didn't notice any terrible latency or anything like that. Make sure you realize that this adapter only outputs up to 1080p. I didn't read the specs before I purchased it, but that's my mistake. The 1080p output doesn't look very good on my 1440p monitor but it's fine on native 1080p displays.
