If you are not keeping pace with your water intake the added iron in this vitamin will lockup your bowels! Buyer beware. Drink plenty of water throughout the day or else. Iron is not the greatest supplement to take all the time either. Its far better to change your diet to ensure your getting enough iron in your diet. I'll take this iron supplement sparingly, not daily.
