Cheap motor, does what it needs to.

Seems to be a direct fit for the Hengs range hood in our Open Range camper. Curiously it runs at twice the amperage of the old motor (possibly runs at twice the speed) and did not come with a female spade connector for the fan switch. Works ok, but since it's essentially a brushed hobby motor I don't expect it to last much longer than a few seasons like the motor before it.

How can you love a vent motor? These were not as large as I expected to really haven not figured out how I was going to use them. But I will in time. They work and that's what matters.

Bought this to replace the vent motor in my camper. But, didn't use it because it was bigger than the motor I was replacing. Still it will come into use in the future.

This is a GREAT replacement fan motor, How ever , I reused the old fan in my stove hood and it slid right on the D Shaft and then a small problem....
the fan could slide off too. I then notice a small groove on the D Shaft, which I needed to keep the fan on. I DID Not receive that clip, So I took a twist tie strip off the coating and installed it & twisted tight / SAFETY WIRE right! It Work great. That why I only give 4 Stars . You should get a retainer clip if they're going to groove that D Shaft. GREAT MOTOR !

Pretty good price on Amazon. Bought this for my travel trailer range hood. Worked well and pretty good length on the wires. They are covered with a heat shield.
