They are soooo delicious and the seasoning they are packaged in is absolutely wonderful in our etouffee. We will certainly purchase them again. I do have one negative, the packs were partially thawed out when they arrived. We quickly placed them in the freezer and all is good. Packaging needs to insure the items stay frozen upon arrival.

I use only Louisiana crawfish to make etouffe. Last time when i got the shipment the ice had melted and part of the crawfish was thawed. Some how the earlier shipment was in a Styrofoam box and the crawfish was frozen.
