Works great. Not sure why everyone is complaining about the pressure in this shock, if there's enough pressure to drive your steering then something else is wrong. By the way if this affects your steering it would push to the left since the tie rod are on the leading edge, not the right. Just saying

Installed these as a replacement for my OEM, GM, truck Damper. Very high quality, I should never have to replace it. Fair price, held up to the riggers of Alaska and Canada.

This arrived on time and was a great solution to a slight wander in our 2001 GMC 2500HD crew cab pickup.

Read mixed reviews about this having a positive charge that would cause the vehicle to pull to one side, decided to order anyway and see what happened. It does have a slight charge to it, but is not enough to push the steering to one side. I installed it with no problems at all, and the truck drives great with no pulling to the side. Bilstein make great products and this is one of them.

Definitely tightens up the slop in the front end. I have a heavy diamond plate ranch bumper, with brush guard. This stopped the "meandering," on highway rides that I think was coming from the heavy bumper.
