Great company and a great ornament!

For Christmas 2015, my son who grew up watching Dr Who, bought one of the red Daleck Christmas ornaments. My husband, who grew up in England and watched Dr Who from the first episode on, saw the ornament and wanted one just like it! Did I mention my husband is not an crazy ornament collector like I am? So I sat up and took note. I asked my son where he bought his, and he said JAF Gift. He showed me the picture, but it didn't look like the sparkling, shiny Daleck I'd seen on the tree, so I held my breath as I bought the ornament. Not only is the ornament perfect, bright and shiny, the customer service and delivery time was amazing. I will definitely buy from JAF Gifts again!
Great Ornament - Lousy ornament box

I love the ornament and purchased it as a gift for another Doctor Who fanatic! My only complaint is not one for you but more for the Kurt Adler Company - The package that the ornament comes in should be sturdier. It is, after all, a glass ornament and the package isn't sturdy enough for reuse each year. The plastic is flimsy and splits easily. I will box my ornaments after the holidays in something sturdy like "Lenox or Radko" would use. Thanks for providing us with the Doctor Who items though, I certainly appreciate it! 😀

Beautifully detailed decoration. Great for any Doctor Who fan.
Hard to believe something this detailed is made from glass, but I guess that's only possible through using blow-molds.
Painting is excellent, and looks great on our tree.
Surprisingly light weight, so not too heavy for the tree (though not for the smallest/bendiest of twigs)

Cheap Construction

I ordered this guy along with the Kurt Adler TARDIS for my Christmas Tree this year. The TARDIS was great & I was very pleased with it. This guy, on the hand, I was not happy with at all. Firstly, he is actually MUCH larger than the TARDIS ornament, which just looks kind weird. Secondly, and more importantly, he is much cheaper in construction than the TARDIS was. While the entirety of the body seems to be one piece from a mold. The appendages that stick out all seem to be cheaply and awfully glued onto the body of the Dalek. I could clearly see where there was dried glue where the eye stalk, plunger, zapper & "lights" are attached. In addition, one of the lights, and the eye stalk were broken off when I received the item, showing how fragile it really is. If you can get over those things, I actually do like the look & design of the ornament quite a bit. It's unfortunate it has those problems.
Def worth the sale price.

Surprised me with the large size and quality. To be honest, I purchased the Tardis from Kurt Adler glass but it arrived broken for the holidays from shipping. When I sent it back, the same piece was on sale after the holidays and it was sad to receive the broken one, so I replaced the tardis and picked up the Cybermen and Red Dalek to make up for the issue.
When I told me girlfriend I had replaced it and gotten more, she said I didn't have to do that but I was too late to return the order. Amazon issued me an apology and said I could refuse delivery or return the package, but when they arrived and I opened the package, I was so pleased with the quality of the Dalek and Cybermen that I actually kept them all.
I was expecting a kind of hokey piece, but these are honestly really cool. I'd argue they are not worth the purchase price at full cost because they are not being hand blown, and the paint job is questionable on the tardis. But I really have no issues with the Cybermen and Dalek. They are large, brightly colored/chrome/patina, and def worth hanging from the tree.
