Beacon arrived packaged well in good condition it is much brighter then my 12v plug in it does have adjustment speed inside the light you need a Phillips screwdriver to adjust which is good no need to keep scrolling through modes my primary use is for hotel security patrol glad I found this product no need to run my vehicle all night

I was very impressed with this light. I bought this for my plow truck. When I first got it, I thought it might be to small but it puts out a lot of light. Very efficient, I've used this light for probably over 12 hours and the batteries have not died yet. Magnet is great, stays on fine on the highway. Works great, still pretty bright in daylight. I'd buy it again. Use it on my riding snowblower. Bought a piece of steel and mounted it between the suitcase weights on the back of the machine. Magnetic base holds it firm. Snow doesn't seem to bother it, no problems so far this season.
