This came dented in a couple places. I tried to contact the company to ask for replacement of one shelf....without any reply. The shelf itself is a great item...sturdy....but, I was unable to get any help. Shelf is great, though....other than the dent. Wasn't worth trying to return such a huge, heavy item.

There were no instructions whatsoever, but it went together in a "snap", after watching a couple of Youtube videos about it. In hindsight I realize just how easy it is, most chimps could figure it out without instructions :)
