Exactly what is depicted. If you want a $500 machinist vice, buy a $500 vice. It works well.

Had to send it back because the jaws did not open up far enough for my projects. That is just me though. I may not have read the description well. Solid vise for hobbyist use.

The first one I received looked like it had been locked down and cranked until the end cap shattered. I returned it and ordered a replacement. The replacement was in working order.
The vise itself is machined well, functions well and does not have much slack in either the X or Y axis. One of the handles catches at one point in the rotation, I'll be looking into trying to fix that myself, I don't want to return this again.
All in all, the vise is a decent piece of work for the price. It will save me a lot of time adjusting pieces that need multiple holes drilled. I'm not unhappy with the product, I just wish I hadn't been sent one that was obviously opened, used, abused, broken, returned and sent on to me.
