These were absolutely perfect for shipping cakes and cookies long distances. I shipped slices of pound cake and cookies from the east coast to the west coast and they arrived in perfect condition. Excellent for military care packages. They were a bit smaller(narrower) than I expected, so that just took me reducing the amount I planned to ship. I shipped the treats frozen with two small ice packs as well.

Bought these to ship my Dad's insulin from the States to the Philippines. It's insulated, however depending on the speed of delivery most cold packs won't stay frozen in this box. My shipping is within 2 days via UPS. My parents told me that the insulin was barely cool and the ice packs were basically gel again. This might be better suited for dry ice if you are planning on sending this overseas. If it's going from state to state I think it will be perfect with standard gel cooler packs and will stay cool. I was able to fit 8-15 vial boxes of insulin in this particular sized box.

This box is a good size for shipping a small gift. However it was not as large of a box as I was expecting. I was able to send a package of cheese curds, a summer sausage, and a brick of Wisconsin cheese to my family across country in this box. However there was not room for anything additional such as crackers which would have completed my gift. Keep in mind if you are shipping something, you can always fill in packaging material if you order too big, but you can't expand a box if it is too small.
Also happy I received two boxes with my purchase so I still have one more I can send out.
