The boxes are about what I expected, but I was confused by the description saying "Fits up to 70" plasma, LCD, or LED, 72x6x42 (2 Pack)". I assumed "2 Pack" meant that I could pack 2 TVs but that is not the case. There are 2 boxes included, but both are required to pack a 70" TV.
You will need to provide your own packing material (bubble wrap, Foam, etc), but they will do the job. They are also great for artwork and other framed objects.

Some folks are saying that they only got a shipment for one tv. It is a 2 pack so 4 boxes make 2 tv boxes.One box fits inside another which makes it expandable. Obviously the "handle with care" box slides over the other one. Make sure the hand holes on both sides are on top and the folds are on the left and right (not on same side as I first did, duh) Picture is a 65 inch tv. Also obvious is to wrap tv in bubble wrap, blanket etc and tape well. Bonus is that the box it came in can also be used!

Honestly, my fault for not reading I guess? Not sure if it even says anything. I assumed these would come with the foam corner inserts. They do not. But I was able to fit two small TVs into one and a larger 65 inch TV into the other super easily. So considering a single box is $60 at the hardware store this was a great value. Boxes were sturdy and easy to put together and the handles make them very easy to move around.
