I was prepared myself not to disappoint a lot even if I received ebony look plastic pins. Since I have never seen real ebony before, so I cannot be 100%, but it look like real and I am happy what I got for this price. I needed to sand all 6 pins to fit to my guitar. It was probably 20 min,not too bad.

Yep, ordered 3 degree pins for a Takamine, BUT they sent me 5 degree (Martin)pins... They don't fit. might be good, but I'll never know.
