I bought this as a natural alternative to Afrin, because of my hypertrophic turbinates that keep me from breathing at night. The product hurts a lot when applied, and I could get used to it, but it justs make my nose runny for about 5 to 10 minutes, and then its all congestioned again... It just didn't work for me at least.
but it's a little to strong for an old guy like me!

Not bad, but not the best natural nose spray I've used. It's not too strong too handle it like other sprays, but not sure if it was totally effective. The fact that I'm not sure maybe gives you a better idea than anything else I could say.
This does open up your clogged nose

This really opens clogged nose; for me, it helps in surviving a migraine. It does not halt my migraine, but it provides better releif, and longer lasting relief than menthol.
