The media could not be loaded. Friend had one growing up and I always wanted one of my own. Sounds awesome and pretty near standard trombones, even though it's made of plastic and not brass. Sounds super authentic. Color varieties are cool. Comes with a slim, soft case. Great for beginners or for practicing at home.

I am an amateur trombonist have been playing the trombone in concert bands and orchestra close to 30 years, and have always been looking for a convenient alternative that I can bring to parties. The sound is 'real' and clear, and the slide is well made. You might want to put some slide o'mix on the slide, as it is initially a bit cumbersome in the far positions, but it will eventually wear into a nice smooth condition even without it. Your small-bore mouthpiece will fit if you want a little more robust sound for recordings or semi-serious performances, but the attached plastic mouthpiece (same color as the trombone itself) is good enough for casual playing.

OK, so I've played trombone for several years. I have a really nice Bach 42bog. This doesn't sound anything like my nice horn.

But I'm teaching my kids how to play. I'm not going to hand over my nice trombone. I have more sense than that. I know what I did to my trombone when I was a kid...

These play pretty well. They're cheap. And my kids have dropped the slide several times and I haven't had to take it to a repair shop to get the dings taken out of the slide. So they're pretty durable.

One thing - getting the slide to move well was a bit tricky. I didn't like how the slide oil was doing, so I used trombotine. Works great.

I'm a former band director. Mpurchased for my kids birthday. She loves it. Not concert band worthy but pep or marching band. Fun!

i love this product. i haven't played in years and i am not very good but i wanted one so i went ahead and bought one. i was going for a metal one but i decided to go for this because i saw this was the last one of its color and there was a slight discount. i received the product a day late and amazon gave me a 20 dollar coupon for the inconvenience. i opened up th box with my pbone trombone and was excited to try. very easy assembly and not as rugged on the slide as i was expecting. overall it feels like ti could lend itself productively for what i am looking to have. Im glad i invested into this instrument.
