I address issues others have written about.

1St Review, 6/15/17. I ave recently purchased 6 or more pad folios from Amazon in my search for "my right one". This one in previous reviews has had some repeated issues I intend to address.
I just now received and opened my Case-it Pad folio. I find the handle sturdy, the outer zipper easy to reach and zip closed. I just placed two papers in the internal area on the left and closed the folio, no issues, the papers did not move but fit snug. The outer material is presentable without being flashy and is also used inside, it is a textured plastic.
I wish it did have a single exterior pocket for easy access to papers, that said, my initial review is very favorable. After a few weeks of use I intend to come back and see how things look at that time.

I am pretty old school in that I like to use a paper planner and I have always been partial to the Franklin Covey Monarch size pages. The problem with this particular setup is that the binder for this size page ends up being huge and it's therefore not very mobile. I bought this zippered case to use temporarily when I was going to be in the field or away from my office so that I could pull out a few pages from my planner and put them in there to take with me. However I figured out that the rings in this binder were large enough to accommodate two months' worth of daily planning pages plus several months' worth of monthly planning pages, along with space for notes and pertinent information. Because I split my time between two offices in different parts of the state I have always maintained a file for items I was transferring back and forth. However in this case there is a file pocket that serves perfectly for this function. I'm sorry for all the detail but I can't tell you how excited I am that this case that I bought to be a temporary method to carry my planner pages has actually become my new planner. I couldn't recommend it highly enough - it is well-designed; it is built tough and it looks really sleek and professional. I like it well enough that I might just buy a second one for the inevitable day when this one - hopefully years down the line- finally wears out.
Exactly What I Was Looking For

This is just what I needed. A small, zippered 3-ring without any of the frills or bulk of a traditional binder. It holds about 100 pages comfortably on the 3-ring binder part, with a full legal pad as well. I took the legal pad out to make room for a day planner than I just toss in before zipping it up. Standard size manilla folders fit perfectly in the two pockets. The credit card pockets are totally useless to me, so that's a shame, but whatever.

Construction-wise, it's better than I expected. I saw at least one review complaining about loose threads, sloppy sewing, and visible dabs of glue. I'm happy to report that I've had none of that. Loose threads are one of my least favorite things, and this literally has none. Not a single one. I got a nice five-star brand binder before this that had a ton of them. The material is nice. A sort of textured pleather. Everything feels real nice and solid. The 3-ring is removable. It doesn't have velcro or anything, it just fits snugly but is still easy to remove and replace. It lays open flat, in case you're wondering. I wouldn't try folding it over on itself, though, but what can you expect with a handle on the spine?

I honestly can't recommend this enough. If this is the kind of thing you're looking for, you can't go wrong with this.
Mixed feelings

I really took my time to look for the perfect combination, and was somewhat dissapointed, (but not at all surprised) to find the only acceptable product to be available only in the US. The delivery and taxes to Hungary almost doubled the prices, but you got to pay for your satisfaction so no problem with that.
I really appreciate the manufacturers attention to detail, considering the needs of any possible customer - a quality for which Samsonite was once renowned...
The reason why I have chosen it was, that it has a notepad, a removable binder, pen/pencil holders and a handle which retracts and therefore makes it fit into european standard cabin luggugages.
The outer material highly overachieved my expectations, in an extent that I would really recommend uploading a better picture. The materials on the inside are also fine.
And here comes the BUT: the build quality and finish leaves something to be desired. The stitching is poor, however the smudges of glue would be the real dealbreaker in case I should decide to buy another one.
I could be the happiest customer if it wasnt for those imperfections, but all things considered, it would have been still a good purchase for the 30$, but now it's rather bitter-sweet...
Perfect for my purposes

This was the perfect size for holding my Microsoft Surface Pro 2 or similar tablet under the flap on the left-hand side and a few folders and a notepad on the right. A few pens and business cards go nicely in as well, thought he business card slots are a little bit of a tight fit. Seems pretty sturdy and durable. I like the handle because it just gives me an extra option for how I want to hold it. This was exactly what I was looking for and I was looking around and have tried quite a number of products.
