My horses love these, i have soft happy mouthed horses.. I use them for riding and driving. They are great for retraining a hard mouthed horse

It was OK but it had jagged pieces of rubber left on the seems I had to trim off.

I love this bit. It did exactly what I wanted it to do. Be forewarned - this bit is super mild. For my overly sensitive mare, it was perfect, but could be a problem for a headstrong horse. My mare was afraid of the bit and this fear hindered her training. I do dressage and needed my horse to trust the bit, lower her head, hold the bit and not be afraid. It did all those things. However, my pony chewed the bit - which is part of the process, but she chewed it up. 2 of these bits. If I had it to do over, I would buy this bit again as it got my pony over the fear. I am now using a very mild steel bit (which I had tried unsuccessfully before using the rubber bit) and she is doing great. I doubt I could have gotten here without the rubber bit.
