Easy and inexpensive
H. Hjorth HarvilleMarch 15, 2018
Easy to install and less expensive than fancy snap on tool holders. Extra hooks are not available but 2x4 hooks can be purchased at Home Depot.
Idea is good but not strong enough

Idea is good but not strong enough. I purchased 2 sets and one set broke within 3 months of use.
Just lag bolt a 2x4 to the wall-- it works better and costs less.

This is very poor quality. The 2x4 I used had a slight warp to it and after only a few days, the bracket holding the 2x4 to the wall buckled and snapped apart.
Too weak for hanging tools.

Not nearly as strong as it should be for a tool rack. I put it up in the garage and hung several tools (perhaps more weight than recommended, but not more than you would expect on an 8' bar. After a couple of weeks the wall supports gave way at the top from steady torque of hanging tools. The tools collapsed all over my bicycle and golf cart. I left the 2x4 hanging by the two lower screws. after another week or so the plastic snapped at the lower screws and the 2x4 fell on the bike again. I went to the hardware store and bought sturdy metal "L" brackets and put the 2x4 back up. In sum, the plastic supports for the 2x4 are far too weak for the stated purpose. The system needs to be reengineered. BTW I used the work bench system and it makes a very good bench.
Easy to install

Easy to install, looks great. Not very strong, will not support much weight. Any weight over 15 lbs will break it in a heartbeat, mine broke first time I hung my leaf blower on it. will not purchase again.
