If you are someone who is used to drinking energy drinks every morning you will not be missing much by switching to zipfizz. I started drinking this when I was diagnosed with diabetes and feel like this gave me a much more natural pep in my step. I don't even have to take any additional supplement to give me the energy I need in the morning. I like how it also gives my brain the natural boost.

I was getting sick and a coworker introduced me to this. I know everyone says they love it for the energy but it also has a fair amount of vitamin C in it. So you feel better overall. When you're sick, your energy is depleted. This solved for 2 issues. I have suggested this to so many friends and nrw teammates at work and they all agree- tastes great and helps. I am a junkie to Zipfizz!

I am a huge fan of zip fizz for that 2pm, pick me up. The blue raspberry flavor is not my favorite, I have to mix it with extra water to dilute it but it is not unbearable. Zip Fizz gives me enough energy to finish out my day strong, and go home and get dinner on the table, homework done, and maybe even a load of laundry or two. The little tubes are convenient, I just throw them in the recycle bin after using. Be careful when you pour into a water bottle because it does fizz up and will run over if you are not careful (take a swig of the water before you pour it in).

These are delicious, and make a good alternative to soda or energy drinks. They still rely on artificial sweeteners, but they aren't quite as overwhelmingly chemical laden as soda and energy drinks so I imagine they are slightly "healthier" although I don't delude myself into thinking this is actually good for me. My biggest complaint is that it leaves a stubborn residue behind which takes a bit of effort to clean. Overall, they're good though and I recommend them.

Adding these to my grocery budget. These are the first thing I drink in the morning. I have energy and alertness until late afternoon. Helps me get past the typical morning Zombie mode. And they are excellent for your health. I do prefer the assorted pack. Not certain if all flavors are offered in this manner.
