I've very much enjoyed Mr Brog pipes before but this one is quite disappointing. The stem fits into the pipe very, very loosely. The pipe is quite light enough to use handsfree but if you do, it actually falls off the stem. Smokes fine but you have to hold it securely.

Good pipe for the money. I haven't felt the urge to fork out the massive dollars to compare to the "brand" name ones but for a pear root pipe this works just fine.

jolly good if I dare say! dr brog's old boy #38! step into tradition, step into smooth flavor! comes with metal filter. ... UPDATE! Packed the old boy in a bag and took it to Europe. Somehow the wood stem split whilst "en voyage." :( Never mind! At this price, I'll just buy another! Pip pip!!
