I have to admit that I was very skeptical that a product made from coconut, pomegranate, and grapefruit would shine my granite countertops but it really works. I find that it doesn't clean very well. I have to use a soapy sponge first to remove grease and sticky debris. Then, this 'cleaner' does a marvelous job of imparting a beautiful shine, much better than any chemical cleaners I have owned did. Because it's easy to clean a counter with just soap and water and not at all easy to really make granite sparkle like a mirror, as this product does, I gave it 4 stars instead of 3.

Much like others have written here, I've found this cleaner to be very solid. It goes on with a fine spray mist and cleans up nicely without streaking. Also there's no strong odor like you get with some other cleaners. Would definitely recommend it.
