This is more stable than any other bookshelf I've owned. The screws on the side are clearly visible, but not too distracting from the design. It comes with a nice little strip to attach it to the wall. My only complaint is that the drawer is kind of hard to open and close

This is extremely cute and I love it for my little 2.5 year old dinosaur-loving little girl but there's a pretty significant flaw right on the front drawer piece. Really disappointed in that but I can't waste time sending back and waiting for a new one in hopes that it has no damages. The manufacturer or seller got what they wanted... they knowingly sent out a flawed piece (you can tell it was touched up with paint) so they could save a buck knowing that there would be someone too tired to deal with the long exchange process. But my daughter is happy and I love that you can easily secure this to the wall. Points for that and points for being a pretty neutral piece that a little girl or boy could enjoy.
