The size and price was right, but as you can see from my pictures, the pillow is not fluffy. It is quite flat and has no support whatsoever. I am very disappointed with this product for sure. I would not buy this again, and I DO NOT recommend it at all!

So, my delivery status yesterday indicated mid-May to June, which is why I gave this product a one star rating then. Now my rating is for the dreadful quality of this product. THIS IS AN AIRLINE PILLOW!!! And it is 15 x 15 NOT 18 x 18. DO NOT BUY!!!!

Such a joke this should be removed from Amazon! Makes me wonder why not a 0 stars option. Irregularly shaped nothing but lumps of unidentifiable masses, covered in paper toweling. See for yourself.
After much fluffing here is what I have...still not 18x18 because of so little loft, and lots of lumps causing the irregular appearance.
