A simple strap would be much easier but this carrier works great with enough room to manuver it

It picks up a battery but it's hard to get onto golf cart batteries buried in a low compartment on my Yamaha cart. A simple strap would be much easier but this carrier works great with enough room to manuver it.

This is a great battery lifter/carrier. I used it to change out six batteries on my golf cart and each battery weighs about 70 pounds, much heavier than a typical car battery and this made the job much easier. I had to handle 12 of them (6 old and 6 new) Don't get me wrong, it didn't make the batteries any lighter, but it made handling them much easier. The handle is much more comfortable than those strap-type battery carriers.
