Wish I had gotten this sooner!! It really helps relieve aches and pains, and it's a very gentle and mild tool. I am 7.5 months pregnant...this is my new best friend.

It works and is a quality product, which is why I'm giving it 3 stars. The reason it's only getting 3 stars is because it surprisingly doesn't really feel that good.
You can't feel the metal balls over your shirt, so it just feels like someone's sliding a shoe across your back. But if you let this touch your skin directly, you'll become more tense than you were before because of how cold the metal balls stay.

I use this daily now as a part of my routine skin care. The rollers work very well to maximize blood flow to the skin and to smooth bumps. Other products have either not been strong enough or they would hurt. This is the best mix between a massage glove and a body brush that I have found. I have recommended it to all my family and friends as well as all of the Nayoya product line. Great stuff from them for all muscle and skin care routines!

I like this but the green parts scratch my skin a bit. To fix the problem I use it with a light piece of clothing. I can't say that I have used it enough to know if it works well but I like the idea.

This isn't that amazing as a back massager, and it definitely does not minimize cellulite. Could work for some people just as a way to relax their muscles but that's about it.
