If you follow the directions it works exactly as intended. It makes half pound burgers not including whatever you stuff them with so just be prepared for some bigger size burgers

It works well and makes pretty large burgers, but line it with plastic wrap or it's impossible to get them out. It's fun making up new "stuffings".

The patty press works pretty well. I was able to take a couple pounds of ground beef and -- a handful at a time -- make individual home-made burger patties of regular size AND also of White Castle slider size. The meat stuck together pretty well and I simply put the freshly made patties into plastic baggies and into the freezer. Getting ready to do another batch today.
