The grit holds up well, the backing could be a bit stickier. The work we are doing tends to gum the paper up with pitch so they don't last long. These are a good deal for what we need.

I use this sandpaper on a disk sander mostly for squaring pen blanks. It is unusual that I don't use something up before buying an alternative but this was one of the rare cases. I got a roll of Norton and it lasts much longer than the 3M so the frustration level of changing every few pen blanks has improved greatly.
