I bought this product on the recommendation of the guy at the pool store. It works like a champ!!! Spray on and let it sit for about 15 to 20 minutes and the debris just falls off.

This product itself is a decent product. But the packaging! OMG! Two out of two times I have purchased it, the spray bottles have leaked terribly. My most recent order contained two spray bottles and BOTH of them leaked all out and the cardboard packaging was completely soaked through. Sitting on my doorstep in a puddle of itself. Bottles were about half full upon arrival. This is ACID wash. Multiple people have had to handle this soggy box along it's route to my home. Shame, shame on this company for such horrible and irresponsible packaging.
