This shops customer service is absolutely amazing. We had some issues with fedex and they were so quick about fixing the issue and sending out new bulbs when the first two packages were damaged. I installed the bulbs today and i am in love. I saw a few reviews stating that the bulbs never got hot.. I can tell you right now, they 100% get hot and they are brand new bulbs. 10/10 recommend this seller.
