this thing could have been so cool but it was such a HUGE hassle to assemble, Instructions were vauge and by the time we got it working it started falling apart.

The attachment that allows you to controll the fish and ultimately makes it more than a balloon doesn't stay attached!
It's a wonderful idea though. If it could come preattached would be a much better project.

It's a really cool concept, but the setup is pretty tedious, and I found it difficult to get the weight balancing correct. Plan on having a place to store the inflated fish once you're done with it.

It fell apart on me pretty quickly and if one fin falls off, it starts to float away from the small weight difference! They suggest to use packaging tape for reinforcement and in hindsight I should've used that instead of the included tape they give you.

Not happy! It is Christmas Eve. I am putting the fish together to take to a Christmas Gift Exchange tomorrow and the controller will not power up! I have tried two different sets of brand new batteries and there is no power to the unit. It is too late now to go get another gift! Controller is stamped Made in China. I would assume there is a HUGE mark up on this product because it was not cheap! Shoddy goods!

Got this for my son for Christmas! We cant wait to try it out. He loves fishing and his favorite fish is a bass. He will love it!
