I have used this stuff for a long time. We have had 30 days over 95 degrees and a bunch over 100. I'm active so replacing electrolytes during tennis, walking, golf, ect is critical. The taste is great. Only caveat is store in a dry place in air tight container. Even though the individual packets are sealed the seal is not perfect
