I think I'm just really picky with hats these days. I can't seem to find a traditional ball cap that's low profile and unstructured enough. This one is thicker on the front two panels and still sticks up above the crown of my head and folds strangely. This hat works just fine, but I'm still looking for the best hat. Perhaps I've got an odd shaped head.

I was looking for a plain, fitted ball cap with no straps, Velcro, snaps, or buckles in the back of it. I didn't want to pay $30+ for a hat to advertise some time or product that I don't really care about. This cap looks to be made very well, and the fit was not too loose or tight. Not knowing exactly what size my head was, but seeing that more people reported that the hat would fit as expected, I find that this ball cap fits snug, but not too tight. I know the elastic will probably stretch out a little over time and that will still allow a good fit.

For what I paid the hat fits great and does what a hat is suppose to do. Do I wish that the color would not have started fading and turning orange when I started sweating? Well yea, but I also laid a really cheap price for a hat made in China,Taiwan, or some sort of sweat factory, so I can't complain. The elastic doesn't last more than two months tho with all day use, hence the 4 stars

Great hat! L/XL fits as expected. I was weary about ordering a hat on amazon because I have had bad experiences with LIDS online. This hat fits and feels great. I am very picky about the hats I wear.

The two front panels do have an iron in reinforcements so it is not totally unstructured. However I have found that this doesn't bother me. The low profile fit it great. I wish the navy was darker in color but other than that I am very happy.

I purchased this hat because I didn't want to be a walking advertisement all the time. I usually wear my favorite sports teams on my hat and decided to start looking for a clean, sharp plain, solid color hat. It's tough finding a hat that actually "fits" correctly... and this hat does just that.

What I like about this hat :

- There is absolutely no crinkling/wrinkling .... some of the other hats I've tried have too much slop or extra material on the top. This hat not only fits right, it doesn't have extra "play" that let's hat wrinkle at the top.

- The look.. this hat kind of has a pre-worn look to it. It's not shiney, not stiff, not too big or small... it sort of has a the feeling like you have worn this hat before and just found it again hiding in the back of your closet. It has a slightly faded color look to it.

- I love the flex fit. The elastic band inside isn't too tight or too loose (just right). The elastic band also holds its original shape...it doesn't slip, move or fall off while I'm wearing it.

- As far as fitting as expected, this hat fits "slightly" snug. I actually prefer this in a flex fit hat. Fits perfectly.
