Holy cats, you're supposed to change them every month? No wonder I couldn't hear anything. Seriously, the filters are provided on small tear-off strips, properly spaced to fit both filters in place at one time. They work and are a lot less trouble than a trip to the Audi.

Works good, struggled at first to get them to stay in. Ended up having to use my fingers instead of the little stick so i could push it down. When using the stick it would just stay stuck to the stick
