I received my order in perfect condition on time in a great package.It was in new shape like I took it from the shelf. I have had one before for another dog.This one works just as well as the one I had before.They are really just alike.Both of them have the same problem.They don't hold up well in the front. I think they are all made the same (in my price range) . It works for my little 7 lb dog but wish there was a way to make it more stable.Saying that it does the job for me I am happy with it. So is my dog!

Bought this for my 7-8 lb terrier mix. He fits in it with plenty of room to lay down and sleep or sit and look around if he wants. 2 of him could,fit in here, although it would be cramped. I would say a 12 lb dog would easily fit but probably no bigger than that. My dog likes it and it keeps him from climbing all over me, trying to see out, while I'm driving. No complaints!

Great doggie boost car seat! My 11 point yorkie/terrier mix can lay down or sit up. He stays in the car seat the entire trip cause he knows car won't move if he is not in his car seat!

Really nice item for the money! I have other Outward Hound products and they are well made. My chihuahua mix is still adjusting to it and sits in it about half the time as of now. He is 12 lbs. and can curl up if he wants, but with no extra room. I purchased the small and am happy with it. Definitely recommend.
