Delicious! I smashed the whole tomatoes and cooked about an hour, added onions, carrots, celery and seasonings. Cooled it added a pinch of sugar, some hot sauce, srirracha sauce and filled an empty S brand name salsa jar. This was BETTER than the most popular salsa brand!!! So I bought a 6pak of these for more!!!
