Finally, something that works without leaving a residue on my engineered bamboo floors! I've tried four other products that were "highly" recommended, but they all left a dull shine that would show footprints almost instantly. I've been told to be careful to use only a very slightly water-dampened cloth to clean my floors, however this dulls.. This cleaner dries to a very nice glow and yet there is no sticky residue or the slippery shine of a product I was told to use.- it simply returns my bamboo to its original clean look. Very happy finally find this and will purchase again. It does say to do a small area at a time and that is best - I use my microfiber long handled mop and once that area is dry, I go on. Easy, breezy.

I loved this product. I have used Bona on my previous wood floors, but found I liked this product better for my laminate floors, no streaking, no build up, easy to use and seems to give my floors better protection. I now have laminate floors through out the entire house except for two bedrooms so I need something that works well, goes on easily, doesn't leave a build up residue, and i has cleaning power plus a little goes a long way.

I have rippled engineered hardwood. It's not shiny, but it's not flat. I really didn't notice any difference when I used this compared to when I just use warm water. I used it all over my living room, sunroom and dining room. Personally, it's no different in looks. It's not a bad product, and it does smell good. I'll continue to use it, but I probably won't buy it again because it didn't really shine my floor. Could just be my floor

Works as advertised. I have a large family room - around 20' by 30'. Only took around a 2 cups to make a good pass over the entire area. The next day I noticed a spot or two that needed to be cleaned again. I may not have rubbed those areas as much as they needed to be during my first pass. Also, note that this floor has never been cleaned with a commercial product. Have you been using some home brew solution on your laminated floors to save a buck? Something that includes vinegar, perhaps? That's what I've been doing over the years. Well, my advice is to forget that and move on to something that actually cleans well, and leaves no spots or streaking. This product does exactly that.

Disclaimer - This is the only commercial product I've used, so I can't compare to it to any others out there. There may be others just as good. I don't know. No matter. I'm going to go with what I know, and this product does what I wanted. By the way... this review is my freely given opinion without any type of influence or reimbursement.

I really wanted to like this. When I first got my dark espresso Mohawk Engineered wood floors 5 years ago, I was told by everyone "You need to use Bona!". So I bought Bona and was not impressed. We have 3 dogs that slobber and drip water from their mouths after drinking all over the floor. The Bona would just go right over the slobber marks and leave the slobber mark there. Nothing. You would have to scrub scrub scrub with the mop just to get the slobber mark off.

Next I read somewhere online to try Bruce Hardwood floor cleaner. The only place I could find it in store was at our local Ace Hardware. Looks like Amazon now carries it to. Bruce Laminate And Hardwood Floor Cleaner 64oz. I tried it and was amazed. In one swipe it took off the slobber marks and left my floors streak free and no film. And even left them looking great after being walked on for a few days. Awesome. For the last 4+ years I have been buying out the stock of Bruce Hardwood floor cleaner from my local Ace whenever I could.

Lately I have been kinda thinking that my floors need a really good thorough cleaning because I was hallucinating into thinking there is a buildup on my floors and they were not as shiny as they used to be. (Honestly I think it's just age and normal wear and tear that has reduced the initial shine). So I went on the hunt for a new cleaner thinking that would solve my problem. After all the positive reviews on this one, I decided to order Black Diamond.

Let me just get out of the way that I don't typically mop my own floors that often. I HATE cleaning. I have cleaning ladies that come once a week and clean my house. Yesterday was my cleaning day. I normally leave out the Bruce cleaner for them to use. This time I left out the Black Diamond instead. When I returned home, I looked at my floors downstairs and thought, "Wow! They look great!!!" (wait for it....... keep reading). The cleaning ladies had left me a note out on my table next to the bottle of Black Diamond. It read "Ms Karina, we wanted to let you know that the new floor cleaner you left out does not work as well as the Bruce on your floors. We used Black Diamond on the upstairs floor, and the Bruce on the downstairs floor so you could see the difference." Sure enough. I went upstairs to find my floors streaky and with a cloudy residue. After only a few hours of our family of 5 walking around on it, it looks TERRIBLE! (See the pic attached).

I will be going back to my tried and true Bruce Hardwood Floor cleaner in the green bottle. I hope this review helps someone else.
