Ended up returning 2 of these due to my inability to operate!! Tried to turn the handle, could not; could not see any ball inside. Essentially a coupler with a non-turnable handle.

I purchased this valve to replace a plastic ball valve on my waterfall plumbing system. After just one season, the plastic valve was difficult to operate and would not close completely.
The brass valve is far and away a better product than the plastic one and more reasonably priced than any similar brass valves available locally. If I had known about this valve I would have have bought it instead of a plastic one in the first place.
I expect this brass valve to last many years.
