Compact love seat, comfortable, cognac color faithful to pictures

It's a basic, compact love seat. Looks good and the color IRL seems to exactly match the picture on the Amazon site.
At first I thought the feet were missing but discovered that they were zipped into a pouch under the seat (see the attached pictures). The feet have to be attached (three wood screws driven directly into the wood bottom of the chair). There are two different feet with different orientations so care is required to ensure each foot is appropriately placed.
I would rate overall quality of construction as being "ok" and probably what you'd expect given the price (the wood that the feet were being screwed into seemed neither as solid nor as secure as I would have expected). That said, it feels comfortable, stable and sturdy to sit on.
Overall we are satisfied, we now have comfortable seating in our guest room, it looks pretty good and at <$400 we think was fair value for the money

Came off a little smaller than what we expected but given the space we had to work with......it worked out perfect. We purchased it for lobby entrance along side matching chairs and received nothing but good complements. I was a little apprehensive to pull the trigger being for the office and being an online order but i couldn't be more pleased..

Looks great in my office. Legs could be stronger, but overall I am happy with how this looks for the price. Probably not sturdy enough for your every day couch, but for an office its perfect. Picture attached

We were not sure how a $400 love seat would hold up in our very busy waiting room, however (surprise surprise) its doing great! We have two of these currently in our office waiting room and they have been there for about a year now and they are still holding up strong. I would highly recommend these for any professional setting. Not really the look I would go for in my home, but works great in the office.
