Cute!!
Shutterbug•June 24, 2017
These bunk beds are so fun! Make sure that you actually follow the instructions during assembly, I had to disassemble and reassemble. The ladder falls easily, and that's frustrating for my 7 year old, but she still loves it!!
Sturdy Cute Beds
Savvy Shopper•April 8, 2017
Bunk beds are very cute. They seem to be pretty sturdy. they were easy to put together except for a bit of glue in one screw hole that my husband had to dig out. The fabric bedding is a little lesser quality than AG brand bedding but it is fine. Beds are painted nicely, no scuffs or dents, packaged securely. Happy with purchase.
Emily Rose customer service is excellent. It is a cute bed

Pros. Emily Rose customer service is excellent. It is a cute bed.
Cons. The decoration only appears on the outside of the headboard and footboards, so when the bed is against the wall you probably will not see the decoration. Directions need better explanations. There are two sized holes. The screw drops in the larger hole before screwing into rails. You need a thinner screwdriver that fits in the larger holes when attaching the side rails. The plastic "locking" mechanisms are cheap plastic and difficult to get centered so the screws will grip (three of the eight either fell out or dropped to far in).

Toy should be recalled

I purchased this item in January for my granddaughters February birthday. My husband assembled it a week before we were to give it as a present. Immediately, paint began to peel and flake off, I tried to return the item for a replacement, but was informed that I had missed the return date by 4 days. Do not purchase this item. I cannot give it as a gift to a 5 year old as not only is the appearance unacceptable,I'm not sure the paint used on this item is safe.
Beautiful beds but hard to put together.

I have given this four out of five stars only because my daughter loves it and it is beautiful. I didn't give it five stars because it was extremely difficult to put it together. Maybe it was just the one we received but I could not get the screws to screw in. They kept turning but not grasping. I asked my neighbor to help and he discovered after several attempts that the screws that were already screwed in, needed to be adjusted to allow the new screws to fit in. There was no mention of having to do all this on the instruction sheet. He used two screw drivers at the same time, releasing one screw while tightening in the other screw. This slowed the whole process down and only for him figuring this out, I would not have been able to put it together. My daughter adores the bunk beds though so all turned out good in the end and they are so cute ;-)
