so yes, i repurchased this product because my 2015 purchase finally died and would not open......THIS DOESN'T WORK EITHER AND I'M OUT $40 AND HAVE NO GAMES......

Won't install on MAC/Apple systems

It is not supported by the later MAC operating systems, and I was never able to install it in my MAC. Wasted the money I paid for the program. I think I have paid for the program on three other occasions and forgot that I had tried it and it won't install on my system.
Never found a way to complain or ask for my money back.

Avoid this software at all costs.

Absolute junk. Have had a number of wonderful bridge games over the years. Bought this thinking that it would be the equivalent, but it wasn't. Rather than give opens (various conventions) and teach you how to play, this done none of that. Ugly graphics make the cards difficult to read. And ... to add insult ... it just stopped working with a message indicating that the license key was no longer good, ... contact vendor. An attempt to contact Amazon to return this resulted in no link between the game and anyone who could respond, with an auto message that downloaded items are not returnable. Avoid at all costs.

Amazon Customer Service cheats the customer who has a problem because you NEVER ANSWER IF WE HAVE A PROBLEM.

I have writtten many request to your customer service with NO REPLY.

THIS CARD GAME WOULD NOT , I REPEAT NOT, DOWNLOAD TO MY MAC COMPUTER.

I am furious because I have send multiple request to solve this problem with NO ANSWER, NO RESULTS, NOTHING.
BUT YOU KEEP MY MONEY.

I WILL PUBLISH TO EVERY REVIEW I CAN FIND THAT YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TO SOLVE A PROBLEM IS HORRIBLE. YOU TAKE OUR MONEY BUT IF THERE IS A PROBLEM. Tough stuff, on the customers.

Not great but it allows me to practice my fledgling bridge skills.

I like some of the other Hoyle bridge games better. It seems like what is available for the PC is better than what is available for the Mac. I downloaded this version on to the Ipad and it allows me to practice wherever I am. I am a beginning player so whatever practice I get is okay.
